Zaragoza’s fully-electric solution has been launched
Inaugurated by Mayor Natalia Chueca, Bizi, the new bikeshare solution in Zaragoza, Spain, has officially launched, with over 1,000 electric bikes and 100 stations. Once fully deployed, the system will feature 2,500 ebikes and 276 stations, 207 of which will be in-dock charging stations, allowing ebikes to charge while parked at a station. The system also enjoys our user-friendly mobile app, marking its first launch in Europe. This advanced app, already powering LUS systems in cities like Toronto, Austin and Fort Worth, enhances the rider experience with seamless navigation, trip planning, and real-time availability tracking.
Trinity Metro Bikes is now live in Fort Worth
In partnership with the local transit agency, Trinity Metro, LUS was proud to launch Trinity Metro Bikes in Fort Worth, Texas, USA, on January 15th. With the launch of this new program, residents and visitors are now able to discover Fort Worth by combining the benefits of public transit and bike share. The system features a mixed fleet of 340 ebikes and 60 classic bikes, spread across 62 stations, with 38% of stations equipped with e-bike charging capabilities.
